Information About The Person Providing Visa Letter in Italy

• Complete name of the person in Italy
• Date of birth of the person in Italy
• Address and telephone number in Italy
• Profession of the person in Italy
• Whether you are national of Italy or Long term Resident
• A copy of a document confirming person’s residential status in Italy. (eg: copy of a birth certificate if the individual born in Italy or has Italian citizenship card.)
• For those who are Permanent Resident in Italy, an evidence of permanent resident status must be provided.

These details are simply a guideline. You need to write the letter of invitation yourself. A number of Italian visa departments might demand that your letter be notarized by a Notary Public.
