Cuban tourist visa is given for a limited period of leisure travel and no business activities allowed. A visitor visa stamp or label placed by a Cuban visa officer on your passport that lets you go to Cuba.
Visitor visa for Cuba are usually obtained from the Cuban consulate in Colombo or in the closest city to your normal residential address. When trying to obtain a Cuban tourist visa, you can be expected to reveal the purposes for heading to Cuba.

As a general rule countries will require passports to be valid for 6 months right after the expiry of the visa. NB: Possessing a visa will not guarantee a person entry on arrival in Cuba.
